Our national network of incredible partners help spread our message and increase our impact in communities across Australia. Our partnership with Woolworths has delivered over 60 million meals together since 2014, with over 500 stores providing 60% of our rescued food nationally. bp Australia keep our wheels turning and fuel our fleet of yellow vans travelling over 23,000 km every week! Goodman have been part of our journey from the start as they continue to keep a roof over our head and rally to help in times of increased need.

Joining forces to drive change at all levels of society

We continue to strengthen our advocacy through sector collaboration and joint submissions to Government with the food relief sector. With food insecurity at an all-time high in Australia, our combined voices bring a largely invisible problem to the forefront of people’s minds.

OzHarvest provided submissions to state and federal parliamentary inquiries highlighting the opportunity Australia has to ‘lead the way’ when it comes to addressing food security and food waste together. We continue to urge federal, state and local governments that bold action is required if we’re to halve Australia’s food waste by 2030 and improve food security for everyone.

Campaigns & Media

Amplifying our voice and inspiring behavioural change

Our national campaign to tackle household food waste continues to grow through media coverage, with over 38,000 households wasting less with our Use It Up tape™!  To help embed the behaviour and inspire kitchen confidence, our chef team continuously develop new recipes to Use It Up, hosted on our website and shared across social media.

OzHarvest billboards generously donated by JCDecaux are featured in metro locations across the country promoting the importance of the food we deliver to provide comfort and hope. ABC Radio helped tell our story as part of ABC Gives in ACT, NSW, and Victoria, raising awareness and valuable funds.
